Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to accommodate the needs of our clients while maintaining the integrity of our services. Our cancellation policy ensures clarity and fairness for both parties involved. Please review the following terms regarding the cancellation of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for small businesses. 1. Contract Termination: Notice Period: Either party may terminate the EAP service contract by providing a 30-day written notice. This allows sufficient time for the coordination of ongoing support and the transition of services. Refunds: If the service is prepaid, a prorated refund for the remaining period will be issued, excluding any used services or non-refundable administrative fees. 2. Session Cancellations: Individual Counseling Sessions: Employee-Initiated Cancellations: Employees must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a counseling session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee, billed to the employer. Provider-Initiated Cancellations: If our counselor needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify the employee and employer as soon as possible and arrange a new appointment at no additional cost. Workshops and Training Sessions: Client-Initiated Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule a scheduled workshop or training session, the client must provide at least 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session fee. Provider-Initiated Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop or training session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative dates or a full refund. 3. Emergency Cancellations: Unexpected Circumstances: In cases of emergencies (e.g., severe weather, health emergencies), either party may cancel services with shorter notice without penalty. We will work with the client to reschedule the affected services as soon as possible. 4. Non-Refundable Fees: Administrative Fees: Certain administrative fees associated with the setup and management of EAP services are non-refundable. These will be clearly outlined in the service agreement. 5. Dispute Resolution: Mediation and Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding the cancellation policy or any related matters, both parties agree to engage in good faith discussions to res
