Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure the smooth operation of our counseling services and to accommodate the needs of all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: No Fee for Cancellations Made 24 Hours in Advance: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. There will be no cancellation fee for appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee is $25.00 . 2. Cancellation Process: Contact Us Directly: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us directly by phone or email. Leave a Message if After Hours: If you need to cancel outside of our regular business hours, please leave a message indicating your name, appointment date and time, and a brief reason for cancellation. We will confirm the cancellation during our next business hours. 3. Exceptional Circumstances: Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies may arise, and exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for unavoidable circumstances. If you have a genuine emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. 4. Payment of Cancellation Fees: Invoicing: Cancellation fees will be invoiced and must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment. Payment Methods: We accept payment via paypal and our website. Please create a client portal for faster service. 5. Rescheduling Appointments: Flexible Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule appointments to a more convenient time whenever possible. Please contact us as soon as you know you need to make a change, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
